Megan Justine Ashman is a Mixed Media Painter & Collage Artist. As a Surrealist, Megan’s works of art are invoked by the unconscious. Cycles of emotions, racing thoughts and floods of energy carry creative madness onto her canvas. Using a myriad of materials, such as; inks, paints, paper, and found objects, her mixed media paintings/collages are abundant in texture & depth. Primarily using automatism, her visions of oddness engage the viewer’s subconscious and provoke perceptual ambiguity.
